Priority support is given to customers who have purchased the product, and it may be required to have your Invoice or Purchase number available to provide to the support representative.
The Helpdesk has a maximum turn-around time of 48 hours during normal business hours. During non-business hours there is no maximum. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Pacific time (GMT-8). |
