With the release of Corporate Records Manager coming around the corner we are starting to take applications for the beta program. You may have a couple of question about the program, what is beta and how does this help you. We have supplied some answers to common questions below, but you can always contact us if you want more information.
Q: What does a beta program mean?
A: When applications are being developed you eventually need people to use the software and provide feedback on bugs, issues or areas where it may need to improve. Unlike some software companies we do not sell software while we are in the beta stage of development.
Q: What does this mean to you?
A: This means that you get to use the software at no charge while you are in the beta program and the beta program is ongoing. That’s use of enterprise grade software for free!
Q: Will the software work?
A: Some parts will but others may not. Because it’s a beta if you run into a problem you will be able to report it and get it fixed right away. This is the same process one might go though if you were using any other software applications just in this case were not charging you for the software.
Q: What do I get out of it?
A: We understand that it’s not all fun and games being in a beta test. Because of that once the beta program is released you will be officially thanked and will receive a whole year of the service for free, a $225.00 value!
So how do you get in on the beta program? Please send an email to betaprogram@wtdt.com with your contact information and a description of your company or companies and what technology you use, for example Windows, or Mac on a Dell or HP computer and what type of Internet you use. Once we being to start the beta program you will be contacted to see if you wish to participate and giving all the information you need to start using the software. It’s that simple!
