Premier Support is WaveTech’s pay as you go, per incident, support option for all of our products, free, paid and open source. Buying Premier Support allows you to get immediate support direct from WaveTech via our Help Desk, Email or Live Support systems. Normal support requests go through the forums or email and are put into queue and are handled in a first come, first serve basis.
Normal turnaround times for non-Premier Support is typically 48 to 72 hours. Turnaround time for Premier Support is same day. If you need to start the support process as soon as possible Premier Support is the choice for you, but if you can wait use the normal support channels. Premier Support does not cover development of new features or custom builds. But if your issue requires new devevelopment it will be pushed to the front of the development queue.
